Personal Training

Our work begins with a deep exploration of your unique posture and movement patterns, allowing us to identify areas of tension, imbalance, and restriction. From there, we create a personalized plan to realign, restore, and strengthen your body, using a combination of targeted pressure, massage techniques, and movement therapy to release obstructions and open new pathways of motion.

In addition, I integrate principles from Pilates, yoga, dance, fitness, mindfulness, and sound healing to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach that not only relieves unnecessary tension but also enhances your overall body awareness, flexibility, and well-being.

Through intentional fitness and mobility exercises, we help you develop healthier movement habits, improve posture, and reduce chronic pain. Rooted in Anatomical-Trains and holistic movement science, these sessions empower you to move with greater ease, stability, and confidence in your body.

I offer Energy Realignment treatments, a heart-centered bodywork session designed to release tension and restore balance. You can receive it in the comfort of your home or mine, where I bring my massage table and healing touch. Through intuitive energy work and gentle muscle softening, this treatment helps ease stress, deepen your breath, and bring your body back into harmony. As tension melts away, you’ll breathe deeper and better, feeling lighter and more at ease—and suddenly, the world around you looks more beautiful and full of possibility.

I offer a weekly Pilates Fusion class that blends the principles of Pilates, yoga, and various bodywork techniques to build strength, improve posture, and create healthy movement patterns. Reclaim Your Body Wisdom

Online Course

Reclaim Your Body Wisdom is a 5-week online course starting in May, designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. We meet twice a week — Mondays and Thursdays at 10 AM Pacific time — for short lectures and plenty of practical, embodied practice. Together, we’ll release movement and posture patterns that cause tension, injury, and disconnection, and gently integrate new ones that bring harmony, lightness, strength, and freedom—supporting a more aligned and connected way of moving and living.
