I’m Shir Eyal, a dancer, choreographer, and holistic movement coach dedicated to helping individuals release pain, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.
My journey into movement began at age three, growing into a lifelong passion that led me from professional dance training at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance to a holistic career blending Pilates, yoga, fitness, sound healing, and energy work. For over a decade, I’ve helped students unlock strength, restore mobility, and retrain movement patterns to promote long-term well-being.

But my path wasn’t always linear.
A Journey of Healing Through Movement
After more than ten years of teaching fitness and aerobics, I faced a significant injury—one that forced me to pause, listen, and deeply understand the language of the body. This turning point led me to study posture, alignment, and movement therapy, realizing that we often carry tension and misalignment that no longer serve us.
Through this exploration, I discovered the power of conscious movement—how correcting posture, strengthening core stability, and releasing restrictive patterns can transform pain into power. This philosophy now forms the foundation of my work, helping clients:
